Brothers and Sisters! IBEW Local 520 wants to hear from you and allow another way for our membership to communicate and connect. We will be occasionally having a photo contest where members are encouraged to submit photos based on the current contest theme.
Winners of each contest will be selected at random based on all submissions received (a member can only win one prize per contest, but are encouraged to submit more than one).
All photos will be added to an album on our Local’s Flickr account that will be shared on social media. Please be sure to follow us on Twitter (@IBEWLocal520) and Facebook (@ibewlocal520ATX) to stay updated on photo contests as well as any other updates.
February 2021 Theme: “Be Safe, Mask Up”
We want to see our members properly and safely “masking-up.” Show us your masks on the jobsite or in public and how well you social distance for a chance to win an AFL-CIO mask.
NOTE: Please get consent from those included in the picture you share with us, as we will be publicly posting these on the IBEW 520 Flickr account and website.

By following these contest rules, you will be entered into a random drawing to win a prize selected by IBEW 520.

- You must be a member in good standing to participate
- Submit a photo following the theme
- Photos that don’t follow the theme or are deemed inappropriate will be disqualified
- Submit your photo by February 28 at 11:59 pm CST.
