Local 520 Business Manager/Financial Secretary Ben Brenneman is happy to bring another quality contractor into the fold.

“We are proud to welcome Capital City Electric and Gabriel and Iris Spencer to the IBEW family,” Brenneman said.

Becoming a signatory contractor of IBEW Local 520 comes with a multitude of benefits. Most importantly, contractors gain access to the region’s best trained and highest skilled electricians.

Having access to this valuable workforce will help electrical contractors grow and succeed, eventually allowing them to take on more projects or projects of higher difficulty.

In addition to gaining access to an entire workforce that has received the industry’s top training, your existing workforce will get a boost as well. Existing employees will be able to take part in upgrade training to improve their skills and rise to the top of the electrical trade.

Finally, IBEW signatory contractors gain the opportunity to join the National Electrical Contractors Association. This membership includes workshop invitations, training opportunities, national conferences and more.
